Monday, July 18, 2022 - part 1

We had breakfast just before 9 am and then left for Lucca, a 50 minute drive through the mountains.

Lucca is a beautiful walled city. We started our visit on the walls and walked through the city. We entered two churches, the first one was completely in white marble and had high round windows making it a surprisingly light church. This city was surrounded by a light and quiet energy.
