I'm very proud of this new artwork that is being exhibited at the Public Library (until the 15th of November). I made it only a few days prior to the start of the exhibit, but I knew right away I wanted to include it. I used a reclaimed canvas as a background, and turned it upside down (see below for the image). The original painting was very dynamic, and that is still present in the above result.

While I was slightly overpainting this big and bold canvas (it's a 100 by 120 cm canvas), a more subtle image appeared, but I'm happy that parts of the original artwork are still there. A new image is created, containing a lot of history.
