I got up early this morning and was able to do quite a bit of painting before taking Amélie to the train station. Around 11, I drove to Zwijndrecht to take tram 3 to Groenplaats and then tram 4 to Hoboken. On the program today: Galleries.

It was good. The short movie at Van Laere was great and the entire exhibition was very coherent. Nothing was random. Very strong work ... I am a fan.

I continued my way to another gallery where I saw work that was nicely presented. I also liked the rough collages: they were stapled together, never to be separated again.
