This morning, at twenty past seven, we left for a long drive towards our first destination. Around four o'clock we arrived at our hotel in Lyon. The route was mostly calm and also pleasant. We brought tasty food and enough soft drinks to keep us busy.

Amélie and I went to the pool of the hotel. We had a drink and she tried her new goggles. The goggles were approved.

I'm ready for a good night's sleep. Tomorrow: Italy!
