I have pinned this grey mattress cover on my mannequin. It was one of those covers from before, when the mattresses were thinner, but it kept making his way back into our closet and we kept using it although it peeled of from the edges, mostly on my side of the bed of course. I have stopped this now permanently. ;)

It's quite useful, the stretchers from the corners give this dress a wavy look. I only had to make holes for the arms, playing the pretend game ... as if this dress would ever be wearable.

So, what are my plans? Well I plan to have a cosy Saturday evening with my mannequin and lots of paint. I will try to share the result tomorrow.
