I was up at 7 am and immediately started painting the pictures I made yesterday. I went for a walk with Gizmo and cleaned up our house. Then I watered the plants in the house… a task I had been putting off for several days. It's not an easy job either, watering all those plants at different heights ... and always returning to the back of our garden to get some collected rainwater. Four times ten liters. 

At 4 pm, Amélie and I left for Waasmunster. Amélie is going to stay with her grandmother and grandfather, her niece is also there. It will be very quiet in our house during the next few days and I won't have to clean up much the next days.

On my way back, I saw these two giants waving at me. I find them beautiful. Others might argue that they are disrupting our view, but I think they just need more time to get used to it, to find them pretty. They make me hopeful and I think that we will need more of them in the near future.
